This gentle yoga class is designed to improve balance and flexibility all while respecting your limits. Our trained instructors will move through a series of poses to help specific body parts. Because this class is not a strenuous workout, breath work and meditation will also be offered to focus on relaxation and well-being. Afterwards, you can look forward to being stronger, more flexible, and less stressed.
