Jane Woloson
Executive Director
With more than 30 years of experience as an executive director in senior living, Jane has a passion for enriching the lives of seniors. She supports a positive sense of community, including the importance of providing exceptional culinary services. She holds an MBA in health care administration, and is a nursing home administrator as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and trainer. Originally from Lake Forest, Illinois, Jane completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire, where she competed in Division I alpine skiing. Jane’s son Parker attends the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her daughter Hannah is a recent graduate of the University of Utah. Jane lives in Rockrimmon, CO, with her dogs Stockli and Targa, and coaches a junior alpine ski team in Winter Park.

Chrissie Ammann
Sales and Marketing Director
Before moving to Colorado Springs, Chrissie was sales and marketing director for Aberdeen Village in Kansas City, Kansas, and a senior living counselor at Wichita Presbyterian Manor in Wichita, Kansas — both part of the PMMA family. Prior to that, she directed sales and marketing for communities in Oklahoma City and Junction City, Kansas. Chrissie saw the development of Aberdeen Ridge as an opportunity to introduce the life-enriching benefits of PMMA communities to a new group of older adults, and has been a caring, attentive, enthusiastic ambassador for Aberdeen Ridge.

Christopher Doherty-Kosar

I have been in the food and beverage industry for almost 30 years. I started as a host and worked my way up through all the ranks. I knew when I first started in the industry that this was the career path I was going to take. I have worked for some amazing companies and have been fortunate for all the knowledge I have gained from each place. Outside of restaurant, I have worked in hotel, resort and country club. My last position as Food and Beverage Director opened my eyes to so much more in the industry. Food and beverage is a big piece of who I am. I can’t wait to utilize all my skills in my current role as General Manager at Aberdeen Ridge.

Executive Chef
I’m honored to join Aberdeen Ridge as Executive Chef! I began cooking in California and moved to Colorado Springs with my wife in 2015. For over the past decade I’ve grown by learning directly from talented chefs, working hands-on in busy kitchens, and spending my off-hours studying evolving techniques and testing new dishes. Much of my early time at Colorado College with Bon Appétit was in the Catering department collaborating with chefs from many backgrounds. I was then tasked with running my own kitchen and café, where I found autonomy to test new concepts, refine menus, and express my creativity while maintaining smooth, dependable service. My approach is simple and personal: food should nourish, comfort, and honor the people we serve. I bring extensive experience working with therapeutic and restrictive diets — diabetic, low-sodium, renal-friendly, pureed and texture‑modified, gluten‑free, allergen‑aware menus, and other specialized nutritional needs — and I’m skilled at developing flavorful, safe options for guests with allergies and dietary restrictions. At Aberdeen Ridge my primary focus will be Resident-first menus balancing nutrition, familiarity, seasonality, and comfort by using fresh whole ingredients and cooking everything from scratch; clear, compassionate preparation and service for restrictive and allergen-sensitive diets; coaching and developing kitchen staff to deliver a safe, respectful, enthusiastic dining experience; listening to residents and families to evolve menus and special events that foster community. I’m excited to become part of the Aberdeen Ridge family to create meals that nourish both body and spirit. My approach is simple and personal: food should nourish, comfort, and honor the community we serve.

Courtney originally hails from New York state where she attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.A. In Psychology and English and studied in London while attending S.U. She has lived in Colorado for 26 years, her last position in Denver was with KMGH Denver7 as the Director of Community Partnerships. Her husband Troy’s job brought her two children and herself to Colorado Springs four years ago; he is the Local Sales Manager for KOAA News 5. Since arriving in Colorado Springs, she has become very involved in the senior industry, including volunteer roles as the Co-Chair of the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End in Colorado Springs and a position on the Executive Leadership Team for Pueblo’s Walk to End. She is very excited to join Aberdeen Ridge’s leadership team and is enjoying getting to know all the well accomplished and interesting residents who live here. In her free time, she loves to cook, hike and enjoy all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Connie has dedicated more than 30 years to serving seniors, building a career rooted in compassion, leadership, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions within the senior living industry and has also provided private in-home care services, supporting seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life while aging in place. Connie is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting seniors and their families through every stage of aging. Her extensive experience, combined with her caring approach, allows her to understand the unique needs of those she serves. Outside of work, Connie enjoys the outdoors, adventure, crafting, and woodworking. She is a proud mother and grandmother who values family and friends, making the most of life's simple pleasures.
